This project was recently completed, a fast track school holiday project. Fully designed, education project. The scheme was aimed at increasing teaching area improving current facilities.
The works involved;
Fully designed new build – New foundations, new block and beam floor.
Masonry superstructure with SMART Aluminium window and door systems.
New roof construction completed with 25year single ply roof.
Internally; New internal ceilings, walls, doors. Finishes and junior toilet facilities.
Fully wired with LED lighting, underfloor heating and Smart teach board technology.
The project was completed on time and in budget.
