This project was recently completed a Design & Build scheme which was aimed at athletically improving the longevity of two school cabins, up grading the superstructure to offer a 25 year lifespan. But also bringing it in line with the more resent construction works surrounding the current facilities on site. The works involved:
Structural façade steelworks, façade systems including G-brick insulated brick panel system.
SMART Aluminium window and door systems.
New single ply and composite panel roof construction completed with a 25 year warranty.
New internal ceilings, walls, doors. Finishes and toilet facilities.
Fully wired with LED lighting and panel heating.
The project was completed on time and in budget.
