This project was recently completed, a full designed, industrial project. The scheme was aimed at improving facilities to a letting standard.
The works involved.
Fully designed office core enclosing and open plan office with Asbestos removal, re-roofing with new composite roof and wall panels. New internal fire rated office and welfare facility walls. New composite vertical cladding, overhead doors and Aluminium glazing systems.
Internally the unit was completely re-wired with new electrical and air handling systems with new structural dividing wall.
The project was completed on time and in budget.
