The works involved.
Fully notifiable asbestos removal, heavy demolition, designed office and toilet facilities. Fully roof and cladding refurbishment. Windows and curtainwall replacements, roller doors.
SSE power Upgrades.
Internally the unit was completely re-wired with new electrical, mechanical and air handling systems, Curtain walling and glazing.
The project was completed on time and in budget.
