This project was recently completed, a full designed, industrial project. The scheme was aimed at improving facilities to a letting standard.
The works involved.
Fully designed office core enclosing and open plan office with Asbestos removal, re-roofing with new composite roof and wall panels. New internal fire rated office and welfare facility walls. Partioning and glazed screens.
Substation decommissioning, power changeovers works where undertaken. Generator powered within this period.
Internally the unit was completely re-wired with new electrical and air handling systems, Curtain walling, glazing.
The project was completed on time and in budget.
