Refurbished office core.
Refurbished bathrooms with new hot water systems
Asbestos removal, re-roofing with new composite roof and wall panels.
New insulated roller door.
Internally the unit was completely re-wired with new electrical and air handling systems.
The project was completed 2.5 weeks early and under budget.
